This agreement may be terminated by XMOS at any time.
You are an unofficial XMOS representative and should not represent yourself as an employee or spokesperson of the company.
You must send a report to XMOS monthly detailing activity within your institution.
You must be capable and willing to promote XMOS technology at your institution. If for whatever reason this ceases to be the case – either temporarily or permanently, you must inform XMOS immediately.
You must be a full time student or departmental member in a technology discipline at your institution. If for whatever reason this ceases to be the case – either temporarily of permanently, you must inform XMOS immediately.
You must have at least two years remaining on your course or contract at your current institution at the time you begin as an XMOS university representative.
Discounts may only be used to purchase products for members of your own academic institution or for the institution itself. In some circumstances we will permit representatives to purchase kit for surrounding academic institutions who do not yet have a representative.
