(Chairman) Bill created Foundation Capital in 1995. He is currently serving on the board of directors for Biz360, CloudShield, Pathworks, Quartics, Solarflare Communications, SpringCM, MSDSonline, TeaLeaf Technology, Venafi, Vernier Networks, Virtugo Software, and previously at Atheros Communications (ATHR) and Wind River Systems (WIND). Before Foundation Capital, Bill held a number of positions including General Partner at Inman & Bowman, president of Visual Engineering, a graphics software supplier, and also a variety of key marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard.
