William B Elmore

Bill created Foundation Capital in 1995. He currently sits on the board of directors of SpringCM, TeaLeaf Technology, Venafi, XMOS Semiconductor, and HotLink, and was previously on the boards of Atheros Communications, WindRiver Systems, Cloudshield (acquired by SAIC) and Biz360 (acquired by Attensity). Before Foundation Capital, Bill held a number of positions including General Partner at Inman & Bowman, president of Visual Engineering, a graphics software supplier, and also a variety of key marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard.
